In 2021, we expanded our vision by launching The Cantina, a unique extension of the El Dorado brand. The Cantina was created to offer a more casual, yet equally high-quality experience that stays true to our roots of using fresh, organic ingredients and celebrating the essence of authentic Mexican cuisine. It’s a space designed for those who want to enjoy our signature flavors in a relaxed, approachable atmosphere, while still upholding the integrity of the food we serve.
